Privacy Policy

1. Privacy at a glance

The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data by which you can be personally identified.

3. Data collection on this website

Server log files

The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits to us automatically: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. Collection is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Contacting us

If you contact us by email or telephone, your enquiry including all resulting personal data will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.

4. Hosting

Hetzner Online GmbH

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany). Hetzner acts as a data processor under Art. 28 GDPR; a data processing agreement is in place. Personal data collected on this website is stored on Hetzner's servers in Germany. Hosting is carried out for the purpose of the secure and efficient provision of our services (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

5. Third-party embedded content

Spotify (embedded podcast player)

The podcast page embeds a player from Spotify AB (Regeringsgatan 19, SE-111 53 Stockholm, Sweden) via open.spotify.com/embed. When the page loads, a connection is established to Spotify's servers; your IP address is transmitted to Spotify in the process. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We recommend implementing a two-click solution or consent gate so that the player only loads after active consent. Note: this is a technical assessment, not legal advice.

6. Your rights

You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing, as well as the right to rectification, blocking or erasure of this data. You also have the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. In the event of violations of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. You can contact us at any time at mail@futurest.com.

7. SSL / TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address line changing from "http://" to "https://".
