Frequently asked questions

Is our data used for training?

No. Your content is not used to train models and is not passed to third parties. The data sits on servers in Germany or the EU, and you control which models may access which content.

How long does implementation take?

The platform itself is ready in minutes — sign up, log in, get going. What takes time isn't the technology, it's connecting your knowledge: which document sources come in, who is allowed to see what, which assistants each department builds. In practice, the first productive use cases are often live within days.

Do we need AI experts in-house?

No. Assistants in the AIDGEN Suite are configured without code — the business unit builds its own. For getting started there's AIDGEN Start AI: identify use cases, build the roadmap, enable the team. Where it goes deeper — custom agents, integration with existing systems — we do the engineering.

What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot answers. An agent acts: it reads a document, decides what to do, calls a system, checks the result — and hands over to a human when the situation is unclear. We define those handover points with you deliberately, rather than relying on blind trust.

What size of company is AIDGEN for?

For large enterprises with works councils and compliance departments, and for mid-sized companies with no AI team at all. The platform doesn't change — the entry point does. Some need legal certainty and permission models; others need someone to show them where it's worth starting.
